Audrey Twit donated $11,000 to place four SaveStations in the St. Joseph, MN community. The SaveStations were placed in memomoriam of Ken Twit, Audrey's late husband.
The County Sherif worked with the city to help fundraise and promote the importance of placing public access defibrillators in outdoor locations that are accessible 24/7. Inspired by these efforts, the City of St. Joseph autorized the funds and placement of additional SaveStations in the community. Way to go St. Joseph!
This campaign was facilitated by Advocates for Health, an Authorized SaveStation Distributor
The plaque reads:
Donated in memory of Kenneth H. Twit. Loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. Ken passionately shared his knowledge, time and skills as a community pharmacist, volunteer for St. Joseph Fire & Rescue, and member of the St. Joseph City Council. He was also known personally as a friend, mentor, and family man. Ken is remembered for his generosity, wit and love. A life well lived is a beautiful legacy.
